How long will my reservation fee hold a home?

The non-refundable reservation fee will hold your Southwest Florida home for up to 15 days, if you are not ready to move in at that point, an additional fee would be required to hold it for another 15 days. The maximum allowable days you can hold your home in either Lee or Collier County from the date of its completion is 30. If you are reserving a Southwest Florida home that is not completed or has not obtained its Certificate of Occupancy, the home will be held for a maximum of 30 days from completion, yet broken up into 15 day increments as mentioned above. All of your reservation fee will go towards the amount due at move-in.
