What does DSD Homes' Rent To Own program entail?

At DSD Homes, we believe that everyone deserves to own their own home in Southwest Florida. Through our Rent To Own program we have developed a concept that enables renters to enter into an arrangement that would give them the option to purchase the home that they have chosen to rent in Southwest Florida. A Rent To Own arrangement combines a basic rental contract with an option, not an obligation, to purchase contract. This arrangement allows you to purchase the property after a specified period of time, typically 12 to 24 months, at a pre-determined price. In this particular Rent To Own program, a rent credit is also offered, enabling a portion of your rent, typically 10% to 34%, to be applied towards the purchase price of the home, if the option to purchase is exercised. The Rent To Own program is offered in Southwest Florida in both Lee and Collier County, including cities such as Naples, Golden Gate Estates, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres.
